Description
This is the only comprehensive collection of the works devoted during the XXth Century to flute alone. It includes recordings which already appeared on the Europa Musica label as well as altogether new ones in a generous CD that offers more than 75 minutes of music. Some pieces have been recorded under composers' supervision. Roberto Fabbriciani is himself recognized worldwide as the leader of contemporary flute music. This is our new release devoted to contemporary music (in addition to ontempoartensemble [ARTS 47135-2] which also plays Berio, Xenakis, Sciarrino and was the first CD ever exhibited in the MOMA in New York).
