Privacy Policy
The use of our site is possible without declaration of personal data. This declaration explains that different
regulations may apply for the use of individual services on our site. Your personal data (such as name,
address, e-mail, telephone number, etc.), are processed by us only in accordance with the provisions of
the General Data Protection Regulation. When data can be clearly assigned to a specific natural person it
is defined as personal. The legal basis for data protection can be found in the General Data Protection
Regulation (called DSGVO). The following regulations inform you about the nature, extent and purpose of
the collection, use and processing of personal data by the controller:

We point out that internet-based data transmission may still have security gaps, so that a complete
protection against access by third parties is almost impossible.

Server data
For technical reasons the following data transmitted by your internet browser to us or to our web space
provider, will be documented (so-called server log files):
- Browser type and version
- used operating system
- Website, where you came from to visit us (Referrer URL)
- Pages, you visit on our site
- Date and time of your access
- Your Internet Protocol (IP) address
- Amount of data sent in bytes
This data is evaluated for statistical purposes, in order to optimize our website and our offering. The
processing is carried out in accordance to Art. 6 para. 1 (f) DSGVO based on our legitimate interest in
improving the stability and functionality of our website. A transfer or other use of the data does not take
place. However, we reserve the right to retrospectively check the server log files should concrete evidence
point to unlawful use.

Cookies
In order to make the visit to our website attractive and to enable the use of certain functions, we use socalled
cookies on various pages. These cookies are small text files that are stored on your device. Some of
the cookies we use are deleted after the end of the browser session, i.e. after closing your browser which
are so-called “session cookies”. Cookies can store information about your visit to our website. For
example, thanks to this data it is possible to display information specifically tailored to your interests on
the page. Others remain on your device (so-called “persistent cookies”) and allow us to recognize your
browser on your next visit. You can set your browser to inform you about the setting of cookies and

Data submitted during ordering process
We offer you the opportunity to order goods through our website. The data entered in the course of this
ordering process are pursuant to Art. 6 para. 1(b) DSGVO, which can be seen in the entry mask of the
ordering form, is collected and stored exclusively for the purpose of carrying out a contract. By ordering
on our site, we will also store your IP address and the date and time of your order. This is in the event that
a third party abuses your data and orders with this data without your knowledge on our site and acts as a
safeguard. We will not pass your data on to third parties. A deletion of your customer account is possible
at any time and may be requested by sending a message to the controller. We save and use the data you
have provided for the execution of the contract. After completion of the contract or deletion of your
customer account, your data will be closed with regards to tax and commercial retention periods and
deleted after expiration of these periods, unless you have expressly consented to a further use of your
data or a legally permitted further data use by our side which we will inform you accordingly below.

Registration at our shop
We offer you the opportunity to register your data on our site. The data entered in the course of this
registration pursuant to Art. 6 para. 1(b) DSGVO, which can be seen in the entry mask of the registration
form, is collected and stored exclusively for the purpose of carrying out a contract. By registering on our
site, we will also store your IP address and the date and time of your registration. This is in the event that
a third party abuses your data and registers with this data without your knowledge on our site and acts as
a safeguard. We will not pass your data on to third parties. A deletion of your customer account is possible
at any time and may be requested by sending a message to the controller. We save and use the data you

Contact us
We offer you the opportunity to contact us by e-mail or contact form. In this case, the information provided by the user
about personal data will only be stored in order to process his inquiry. We store this data solely for the
purpose of answering your inquiry or for establishing contact. The legal basis for processing data is our
legitimate interest in answering your inquiry in accordance with Art. 6 para. 1 (f) DSGVO. If the purpose
for your contact is to conclude a contract, then the additional legal basis for the processing is in Art. 6
para. 1 (b) DSGVO. Your data will be deleted after final processing of your request, this is the case if it can
be inferred from the circumstances that the matter in question is finally clarified and provided that no
statutory storage requirements are in conflict. We will not pass your data on to third parties.

Newsletter
On our site, we offer you the opportunity to subscribe to our newsletter. With this newsletter, we inform
you regularly about our offering. To receive our newsletter you need a valid e-mail address. We will check
the e-mail address you entered to verify that you are the owner of the specified e-mail address or whose
owner is authorized to receive the newsletter. By registering for our newsletter, we will save your IP
address and the date and time of your registration. This is in the event that a third party abuses your
e-mail address and subscribes to our newsletter without your knowledge and acts as a safeguard. We will
not collect further data. The data collected in this way is exclusively to obtain our newsletter. We will not
pass your data on to third parties. You can unsubscribe from this newsletter at any time via the dedicated
link in the newsletter or by sending a message to the controller named above. After cancellation, we
immediately delete your e-mail address from our newsletter distribution, as far as you have not expressly
consented to a further use of your data or we reserve the right to further data usage, which is permitted
by law and about which we inform you in this statement.

Advertising by mail
Based on our legitimated interest in personalized direct mail, we reserve the right to store and use the
data we have received from you, as part of our contractual relationship such as your first and last name,
mailing address including additional information provided by you, such as your title, academic degree,
your profession, branch or business name according to Art. 6 para. 1 (f) DSGVO in order to send you
relevant offers and information about our products by mail. You can object to the storage and use of your
data for this purpose at any time by sending a message to the controller.

Data processing for order processing
For the processing of your order, we work with the following service providers who support us wholly or
partly in the execution of closed contracts. As needed, we will transmit some personal data to these
providers in accordance with the following information. If it is necessary for the delivery of the goods, we
will pass on personal data we have collected to the transport company commissioned with the delivery
within the scope of the contract. We will pass on your payment details to the commissioned bank as part
of the payment process, if this is necessary for the payment process. The legal basis for the transfer of the
data is Art. 6 para. 1 (b) DSGVO.

Transfer of personal data to shipping service providers - DHL
If the DHL transport service provider (Deutsche Post AG, Charles-de-Gaulle-Strasse 20, 53113 Bonn)
delivers the goods, before the delivery we will provide your e-mail address to DHL in accordance with Art.
6 para. 1 (a) DSGVO to coordinate a delivery date or delivery notification. Otherwise, we will provide for
the purpose of service in accordance with Art. 6 para. 1 (b) DSGVO only the name of the recipient and the
delivery address to DHL. We only pass on this information if it is necessary for the delivery of goods.
Without sufficient recipient contact details (i.e. email, telephone number) it is not possible to coordinate
a delivery date in advance with DHL or to receive a delivery announcement. You can withdraw your
consent for the future at any time by contacting the controller or directly to by the transport service
provider DHL.

Transfer of personal data to shipping service providers - UPS
If the UPS transport service provider (United Parcel Service Germany S.à r.l. & Co. OHG, Goerlitzer Strasse
1, 41460 Neuss) delivers the goods, before the delivery we will provide your e-mail address to UPS in
accordance with Art. 6 para 1 (a) DSGVO to coordinate a delivery date or delivery notification. Otherwise,
we will provide for the purpose of service in accordance with Art. 6 para. 1 (b) DSGVO only the name of
the recipient and the delivery address to UPS. We only pass on this information if it is necessary for the
delivery of goods. Without sufficient recipient contact details (i.e. email, telephone number) it is not
possible to coordinate a delivery date in advance with UPS or to receive a delivery announcement. You can
withdraw your consent for the future at any time by contacting the controller or directly to by the
transport service provider UPS.

Transfer of personal data to shipping service providers - various Freight Forwarder
For larger shipments (i.e. pallets), we work with various transport service providers based on the most
competitive pricing. We only pass on this information if it is necessary for the delivery of goods in
accordance with Art. 6 para. 1 (b) DSGVO. If you require a notification prior to the delivery, we also
provide these contact details as requested by you (i.e. contact person, telephone, etc.)

Information / revocation / deletion
You may contact us free of charge for any questions concerning the collection, processing or use of your
personal data and their rectification, blocking, deletion or revocation of a previously issued consent given
based on the General Data Protection Regulation. We point out that you are entitled to a correction of
incorrect data or deletion of personal data should this claim not be prevented by a statutory retention
obligation.

Duration of storage of personal data
The duration of the storage of personal data is based on the respective legal retention period (e.g.
commercial and tax retention periods). After the deadline, if it is no longer required to fulfill the contract
or to initiate a contract and / or we have no further legitimate interest to retain the data, the
corresponding data is routinely deleted.
